Letterhead of Law Offices of Dyer, Edmonds & Dyer.
31 Nassau Street,
New York.
June 28, 1900.
W. E. Gilmore, Esq., President,
National Phonograph Company,
Orange, N. J.
Dear Sir:-
Referring to your letter of the 26th instant, in re phonograph patents, we beg to state that none of the foreign patents were taken out under the provisions of the International Convention. The British Colonial patents all run for fourteen years from the date of filing of the application papers, and are subject to the payment of taxes as in the case of British patents.
We believe this is all the information you desire. If not, let us know and we will give you more detailed information.
Yours very truly,
Dyer, Edmonds & Dyer
(W. P.)
