Andrews informed MacKenzie that consolidation of the Harmonic (Gray) Dolbear and Edison telephones under hte American [Speaking] Telephone Co really Gold and Stock was completed -- insts to be manufactured by WE -- not yet put telephones in circuit but will put on as soon as can anxious to know what TAE accomplished since Mac left -- spoke of musical concert bus to prominent friends and assurred of support -- offers advice that TAE take better care of self and not work evenings and Sundays -- encloses Detroit Evening News clipping about Richmond telephone
