Terror of Tyrol recd offer of phono from Vienna; thinks manufacturers in Paris doing best to get the phono into discredit, thinks pamphlet they put out not flattering, especially TAE photo; asks questions about working of phono; had megaphones made as described in Sci Am but get too much outside noise has TAE succeeded in reducing size of megaphone; still waiting for promised loud speaking telephones
