Beetle writes that Herz has Gramme machine, Jablockhoff light and eelctric reflector -- sails 4 May for US for a short stay -- has secured a concession to run a line from the Expo to the Bourse (2 miles) on which to run quad -- also a wire for the Phelps printe and a ? for Brooks underground cable -- Puskas and Roosevelt have joined for a concession for aerial telephone wires and not inclined to hitch up with Bailey or Herz
