Understand that carbon conductor gives less light than platinum at same power & resis. Marg: "Yes." Is this due to "want of solidity" & heterogeneous texture of carbon? Solve by making its texture more solid? Thanks for your offer, but Michelson thinks can't do light velocity expts at MP because of lack hotels. Marg: "Will answer personally."
