[enclosure] Rose retained to help coordinate & establish London exchanges at former high salary. He resigned abruptly, after giving no assistance with Edison wires to Bell people. Will cause delay; Co may be liable. Believe he was "acting under influences," as position too good to throw off. Understand he has since joined services of Mr. Hubbard.
