"In the outfit going to London saw nothing mentioned in regard to a small plant going--I mean such as you wished me to cable Mr Fabbri you were ready to provide now--should not one be sent out by first steamer I think this now the view of Mr Fabbri at the time he left & as it can be put up much sooner than the large one will be ready do you not think it ought to go--I can cable Mr Fabbri for his views if you wish--"
