"Edison 159 that wa presumed would go into intf with Clark proves to be in interf with Watson of Bell Co. and will probagbly be fined mutually. Bell has taken his evidence and I want to look all the telephone maters over and see if anything further can be done to ensure success of E find where this can be done if E is likely to be down in a day or two. I want to have some of E instruments tested. who can do it best.
