"I get this sort of report from Bradley eveyr morning He seems to be constantly taking out grounds & yet he does not get clear of them. The last pararaph is interesting as being the first instance recorded of a defective pipe Do you not think the time has come for putting an end to this frequent cutting of the system, or shall we allow Bradley to pursue his present treatment yet a while?"
