Had inquiry about ELight for San Domingo. Not much in it; San Domingo City is all there is except for few sugar plantations. What is your opinion of the Co's right to take up this matter---covered under general language of your contract with the Co? TAE marg: "I think Gouraud had it if not I think our Co or Navarro should have it. I gave the [same?] people figures."
