Fearing I caused mistake which is blamed on Brewer & Jensen. So I looked up your cases for any one in which a meter was shown but not claimed or included in prov spec. Only one found is Brtish No. 1. Summarizes rather tortured history of preparing relevant text for US Case 171, which was incorporated into English spec. Any blame for loss to your Co of this patent "rests with the parties on this side of the water," ie., TAE too. Enclose Brewer/Jensen's letter [not found].
