Abstract
asks if he has written a paper on underground telegraphic systems, and his opinion on them, "It is asking a good deal of a gentleman whose time is fully occupied in benefitting his fellow people to ask these questions, but I should feel much honored by a reply" # TAE marg: "have written no paper no reason why all electrical applications should not have their wires run underground in large cities"
