response to letter saying work at Sunbury is unsatisfactory, surprised because all seems well except for inside wiring; hiring man to do wire work not well advised; "I think that before taking the course they [the Board] did, they should have asked my advise in the matter."; have developed cheaper fixture; wishes Bergmann Co to train local man to do inside wire work, will not supply one;
