Irt yours of the 17th, we will extend the lines to your house for free, though it will cost $100, inasmuch as you say TAE promised. If you want to switch the street from Fifth to Sixth, this will alter our determination and render useless most of the wire we have sent, but we trust you will be satisfied with the wiring to your house and it is impossible to make other changes. Please show this to Schwenk and tell him that it answers his of the 17th.
