As I told you yesterday I did not intend to "recommend the acceptance of this proposition" I was only discussing it in order to get all facts. This is rather a small matter to bring up but in as much as your letter will go on permanent record, I would like to have it changes . Let me suggest that you run throuh your recommendation' and put over them these two words, namely " the question" That will make the matter all right without writing the letter again.
