Sending several examples of the new safety plugs which approaches conditions of first rate plugs. Made of Portand cement mied with as little water as possible---describes mfg. Then boiled in paraffine. TAE marginalia "write to B and Say much obliged for samples and ask him if he wants to go to Bergmans and expalin all about it and how it make the mixture etc. E"
