Abstract
Having trouble who oppose having poles put up. They're inflammed by Shaw's incorrect statement that company charter gave right to put up poles without permission. "They have the power to stop us dead." Also understand you'll paint poles your expense. TAE marg: "It was understood the local people obtained right of way. Don't remember that we said we would paint them."
