Letterhead from Societe Industrielle Commerciale Edison. Requesting sale of shares of stock of the Isolated Company. He is looking for best pricefor them and send the commision tor Insull and the balance goes to Drexel Morgan and Co. If the transaction is not possible try to do it with the parent stock. Batchelor is unhappy about exchanging "founders shares" for an ordinary one.
