Yrs of today received. Have received notice from Patent Office of division on Telephone Case. Cases D & 1 decided in your favor. May appeal 60 days from 1 July. Father now in Colorado, return 10 August so will have time to take matter up. "I think he would be pleased to have Mr Conklin associated with him. I would suggest that you see Mr. Conklin and bring about a meeting at about that date."
