"Can go to Court of Errors within 3 years- Must give bond in double amount of judgment with two surreties in double amount each [illeg words] of double value [illeg]. Can be [illeg] in June or November. 4 judges who decide case will sit with 11 others. Can levy on stock of lamp factory. Must advertise real estate for 2 months. Seyfert probably could be seen in Philadelphia & would settle for less than the amount of judgment. Reiff could [illeg] Seyfert. See Reiff about New York [illeg] on same notes. Sheriff [name] can sell four days afer putting up bills. Sheriff of Essex in New York could [see?] what he has levied on."
