Marginalia by TAE Better send one of our men, = who? ## P1 possible orders for village plants emerging, will need competent man. Suggests sending "my friend, Mr. Charles Wirt." P2 will soon have map and specification for Chillan [Chillán] "a large town." Money is also being subscribed in Valparaiso; Quillota has the money subscribed for a gas company and proposes to change to electric light. Curico [Curicó] is almost ready and all municipal privileges have been granted.
