Editor's Notes

TAE ALS; letterhead of Magnolia Hotel, St. Augustine, FL. When sending people around to stations, have them check boiler tubes for scale. Must maintain boiler pressure, etc. Some problems with stations due to "ignorance prejudice & lack of confidence in our own men." "If we are ever to cheapen these stations down it must be done by high speeds high boiler pressure high resistance lamps, high volts.." "What is Eaton doing about putting out agents all over the country to get these towns started." xxx recommend select; good take on TAE's view of Const Dept biz and some technical/reliability issues dh 25oct06 xxx
