Title
[D8459A], Letter from William Symes Andrews to Thomas Alva Edison, June 19th, 1884
Editor's Notes
Want advice about large conductors. W'port to have 4,000 10 cp lamps. Mains could be four half-inch rods, but these are inconvenient; how about flat bars two by one-quarter inch? would look good & could be put on station walls without cleats. Marg: "Tate answer this. See what Edison says. Insull." TAE marg: "The flat band biz is just the thing. Edison."
