Draft legal pleading (Alfred Haid v. Bergmann) in response to numbered items of complaint. Concerning manufacture & sale (under 1884 agreement) of battery invented by Haid. Issue seems to be mfg of a battery which Bergmann claims is different and Haid says is the same, or close enough.
