Received your Feb. 10 letter. Just returned from [--------] and have to leave early in the morning. I will give these matters attention on my return. I am suspicious{?} at Insull asking us to assume $1134 or acknowledge any liability of this company after I have taken so much time and pains to explain this Piqua matter to him, and which I know he understands. The other matter of $232.59 I will look into and report. My understanding was and is that we do not owe you anything, but if we do, we will pay.
