Four-page typed memo (postdates 24 Dec 1885 letter from Co.'s Paris attorney Oscar Siegel regarding proposed fusion agreement. Atty points out differences from early proposed agreement, detrimental to Co.'s interests. Points out "fact that the Paris Compagnies have dropped entirely the basis of a fusion with the Compagnie Continentale and this contract which he is now asked to sign has for its basis a fusion of the Compagnie Continental and the Societe Electricuq with the Societe Industrielle and Commerciale at Paris. Also discusses Bailey're role.
