Title
[D8531H], Letter from Charles Batchelor to George F Breed, July 2nd, 1885
Editor's Notes
As I shall be in Chicago next week, I write to ask you to let me know if it is possible to get that note next Tuesday. ##We have at last got castings for a few sets in and shall know in a couple days how much alteration we shall make. I hope when I get back to have a couple interchangeable drills. Everything is now ordered but the oilers, swages, and weights, all of which I am figuring with different parties on and shall give the contract as soon as I am sure I have the best thing, the cheapest. ##If you can oblige me I shall feel gratified. I think we deserve it as if we had had a model as our contract says and had had no changes we should have been a long way further ahead.
