We beg to confirm our cable of today: "Lawsuit Siemens Belgium lost. Sale [of] Edison dynamo prohibited. Urgent. Answer letter 13 July[?]." ##Lawsuit Siemens Belgium: As you see, the judgment has been given against us in the first instance. The sale of Edison dynamos is completely prohibited in Belgium. This is indeed a very sad result and you can well understand how this will impede our business in the future. ##Lawsuit against Maxim: We again confirm our letter of July 13. It is of the very highest improtance that the Canadian document get sent to us without fail and that by return of post.
