Title
[D8537D], Letter from McLoughlin Bros to Thomas Alva Edison, August 26th, 1885
Editor's Notes
Writes because they noticed that TAE has concerns over the use of "corrugated slab and stylings." States that the this patent was "ante-dated" by an English patent and its value is "questionable." Then asks if TAE would mind if he would be willing to let them control the royalty becaue they have to compete with other devices that perform the same work.
