Saw Vail yesterday, who said he was trying to hurry up contract; Vail met with Dr. Green who promised to put contract through this week; Vail is in receipt of your letter and said he would consider advancing the $2,000 asked for, but believed contract would go through this week, and would make other arrangements if it did not.
