You have the answer to this letter in your office. ##Second, letter of Machine Works to Hand Rock Drill Co., July 2nd, in which the changes that they had made is mentioned. ##Third, letter of Machine Works to Hand Rock Drill Co., in which is mentioned the alterations in patterns and changes again. ##Fourth, letter of Machine Works to Hand Rock Drill Co., July 29, asking for inspection of model rock drill. ##Fifth, letter of Machine Works to Hand Rock Drill Co., Aug. 7, asking for acceptance of model. ##Sixth, letter of Rock Drill Co. to Machine Works, Aug. 14, in which they agree to take the machines equally as good as the model but not accepting the model. ##Seventh, letter of Drill Co. to Machine Works, Aug. 24, to the same effect as sixth letter. ##Eighth, letter Drill Co. to Machine Works, Sept. 10, asking for delivery of certain machines. ##We can also furnish you with their receipts for the delivery of the machines if you need them.
