[Typed document] Deposition of Insull as secretary of Edison Telephone Co. of Europe taken by Tomlinson 3 Sept. 1886. Insull swears that seal affixed to "above document" [not found] is the corporate seal of Edison Telephone Co. of Europe and was affixed by order of the board of directors of the company and that he, Insull, signed his name "by like order." Attests that TAE's signature as president of the company is genuine and was subscribed by order of the directors. [Handwritten at bottom: "Subscribed & sworn to before me this day of 1886###John C. Tomlinson notary public N.Y. co"]
