Enclose diagram of electric motor and galvanic battery I've had in the office for awhile but seems to have short circuited; am an old manager of Western Union [?] here [Dakota]; am continually experimenting with electricity on small scale, and use this motor and battery base; if I send them could you repair them?; do you have an old book on electricity you could send me; have been in the Biz 10 years, formerly taking Cincinnati report at Milw.; met an oldtimer named Madison who worked in Boston when you first entered the office and worked NY quad who said I might get a good book from you; if you can locate trouble in apparatus will send by express; [diagram enclosure included].
