Edward P. Hamilton & Co. writing to TAE to inquire as to whether he would be interested in a plot of land on Lakeside Ave. adjoining one that TAE already owned. The tract is described as 14 acres plus dry ground and somewhat improved. EPHCo. Suggests erecting cottages along the already present streets as an opportunity for investment. Diagram of land and surrounding area enclosed.
