"I enclose you herewith correspondence with relation to the Equalizers. I send you the whole corespondence so that you will see exactly the position I am in. I would suggest that you enter into direct communication with Mr. Johnson on the subject forthwith. Please advise me by telegraph of your decision in the matter."
