"I was very sorry that I was not able to see you before I leave your place + here I leave my heartfelt thanks to you on paper, which I intended to present myself. ### Of your kindness of taking me into your place + permitted me as your student. I have no words to express my heartfelt thanks _ I am ever so much obliged to you of your special favours shown me. I will remind of your kindnes all my life whenever I recollect of the profitable lesson I have received in your place. ### I am now going to a trip + spend some time in telephone exchange before I cross the Atlantic for Europe, + I hope I will have the honor of seeing you again. ### When you have anything to do with Japan + if I may be of any service to you in future I will be glad to do anything that I can for you. ### My address in America: [Address in the US and Japan follows]. ### With thousand thanks for your great favour some time I hope your great success in future + myself to be of some service to you.
