Title
[D8805AJV], Letter from Samuel Insull to Thomas Alva Edison, December 11th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"Johnson says that we are entirely wrong about that Bergmann porcelain matter, that all it gives Bergmann is the right to make porcelain parts the same as any other porcelain manufacture that Bergmann + Co can buy their porcelain partsthe same as they do now + make their own cutouts + that if the papers give any other rights to Bergmann it is Eaton's mistake. ### I do not know how I could have made such a blunder in reading the papers. I have not got them here to refer to I am to go into the matter fully on my [unclear] to cover on Friday + meantime nothing will be doing. In any event your wishes will be respected + Johnson says that it was intention now referring the matter to you. I have [unclear] seen Johnson on Friday.[Marginalia: "Mr. Edison has read this."]
