Title
[D8818APO], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Charles Francis Stone, July 19th, 1888
Editor's Notes
Is discussing the wording in legal contracts between the Havana Electric Lighting Co. and the Edison Spanish Colonial Co, saying that the papers Stone sent "I cannot approve, or advise TAE to accept." Goes through several points about how the contract should be altered--specifically in relation to patents, licenses, and rights-- before forwarding two amended passages to the contract.
