I have invited Senor Soto, the next President of Honduras to visit your Lab to see the Phonograph. He was accepted and will go with me when ex President Pardo of Peru arrives. There will be a party of some six [-----] incluidng SA Pardo and the Chief Justice of Costa Rica. # I hope you may be on hand when we go; but in any event there I here have instructions with your [---------] to give the party all facilities. # I will notify you the day before.
