Editor's Notes
Will you please inform me as to what you have done in regard to the Magnetic Separator with which we propose to separate our dust at the Gilbert Mine. This Separator, I understood you to say, would work under water. I would like to get this as quickly as possible. The Works at Schenectady are extremely busy both in the pattern shop and in the machine shop. I would therefore suggest that as you have splendid tools in your laboratory machine shop, and also a first-class pattern shop, that you make the pattern and finish up the machine there. Please advise me if this coincides with your views of one thing you may be sure, that in the present condition of work at Schenectady we will have a to wait a long while to get it from that source. The have all that they can possibly hold up to. ## Please let me hear from you by return mail.
