Dear Sir:####Re Electric Railway Co of the U.S. I am about preparing a statement of the existing rights of Mr. Edison and Light Co touching Railway Co. patents, etc., but before beginning work I would like to be sure that I have knowledge of every contract over executed. If you will kindly refer to my letter to Mr. Edison, dated Ot. 1, 1888, you will find a omplete list of Railway Contracts so far as I then had knoweldge of the same. My impression is that you obtained information from the Light Co., or from some other source, of the existencce of one or more additional ontracts, not included in my said list. Will you kindly examine this matter carefully and let me know if you have obtained trace of any contracts in addition to those in my said list of Occt. A.
