My Dr Edison It is of the utmost importance to all conerned that you be personally present at the final discussion of the proposed contract --- the edison & the Sprague Cos--you are ignorant, of many important facts which will receive from your consideration. An interpretation widely different from that which you now feet upon them -- the light of their present aspect I have first returned from an extensive trip west & south & can tell you things you will be glad to learn & which you will recognize, as of the utmost importance to the general good Come if possible Yours truly, EH Johnson
