Do you propose to charge a certain royalty per office for use of the phonoplex or to charge by the mile per annum?; the office arrangement seems best; don't want to make any arrangement with you until we get your figures and can demonstrate its practicability on a working wire; if you can convince our people, it will be an opening wedge for other railroads to follow.
