Title
[D8970ACI], Letter from English (George L.) & Co to Thomas Alva Edison, December 30th, 1889
Editor's Notes
Philadelphia, Pa., U.S.A. Dec. 30th, 1889. Mr. Thos. A. Edison, Orange, N.J.; Dear Sir:-- We have had one of our men, Mr. Andrew Hartman, at work all the past week packing up Mr. Kunz's collection, and he will probably finish it up on Wednesday of this week. The boxes will then be shipped and Mr. Hartman will see to the unpacking in your laboratory, where he will probably be on the 2nd. It will take four or five days to unpack the collection, and Mr. English expects to be at your laboratory on Monday next, the 6th pres., to arrange the collection for you. We trust your shelves will be in readiness by the 2nd, and if so, we will probably trouble you but little in the unpacking and arrangement. Very respectfully yours, Geo. L. English & Co.
