I take pleasure in testifying to the abilities of Mr. Courtenay De Kalb as mining and metallurgical engineer.
I have known Mr. De Kalb for some five years and have been cognizant of much of the work done by him previous to and at that time and his acquaintance with the subjects pertaining to those branches.
I can confidently recommend him to any company desiring the services of a competent metallurgist and engineer of mines.
