Dear Sir
I am in receipt of your favor of 27th inst. The views on the Ferrothil property have been opened in the valley 200 pt below the upper workings there [section of document missing] worked on a large scale an open cut 50 or 75 ft wide would be carried back in to the side hill. The rich ore in this ground is from 10 to 12 ft wide and will view from 57 to 61% 2rt iron [illegible] ore outside the rich vein will run rom 30 to 40% wrt iron. The lay of the surface areas of [illegible] mining and perfect drainage.
The royalty mentioned is what is being[illegible] on the [illegible of the Hudson.
