Dear Sir:-
Reffereing to your letter of the 25th inst with relation to sending out the notice to the various Sub Compani on the subject of the price on musical records the notice has not been sent out as when I received your letter some action [illegible] likely to take place with reference thereto.
Yesterday a meeting of the Executive Committee of this company was held at the Laboratory and the matter finally disposed of. The notice I take it, will not go forward.
You may probably not be aware that Mr. Edison was has decided to turn over the manufacture of musical cylinders to the Phonograph Works.
Yours very truly,
