Title
[FB001AAE], Letter from Marion Estelle Edison to Mina Miller (Mrs Thomas A.) Edison, October 16th, 1888
Editor's Notes
[Bradford Academy] Your letter of last Sunday I received this morning, I am very sorry I said what I did in my last letter. I did not think you would take offence at it, I only said what I feel and what I have felt for some time past but I shall be careful in the future not to express my thoughts as frankly, now please, forgive me. I will never say anything so unkind again to you, I do love to hear from you even if you don't think I do, if you only knew how badly it has made me feel because you have written so seldom this year so far. I received my box this morning, it will be very serviceable I think for I have been very much troubled with mice also another kind of mouse who seem very fond of money ut as I can now lock up my money in the box I am rid of both kinds of mice, I took my first elocution lesson last night. I think I sahll enjoy them very much, I think that Mrs. Ireson is perfectly lovly and seems to take a great interest in me, she spoke of having received a letter from you, she told me to give you and baby her love when I next wrote. Please Mama dear forgive me and I will never say anything mean & I am with Love, M.
