recd his of 22nd. "Regarding the Telephone in Countries where there are no patents. I do not feel at liberty to authorize you to go ahead and occupy the territory but I do not see why you cannot do so without my sanction. After you are established in such countries I will give you my support. My object as you see it to avoid complications with Puskas.
