Title
[LB006257], Letter from William Carman to Sigmund Bergmann, August 4th, 1880
Editor's Notes
In answer to letter of Chas Batchelor in regard to Phonogrph. If they are not the same pitch they will not do as they must repeat. Can you not [put?] the stop on for the tin foil so as to make it easy to put on the foil again. When allright ship here and send about 35 pound good foil with each Phonograph-- I spoke to Edison about the money matter and he says he cannot raise it just now.
